SHIPPING TIMES AND RATES

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on YURGA e-shop different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your order. Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of choice. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES

YURGA products ship quickest within the E.U. yet they are also available to be shipped to the U.S.A. and all other countries, however it is quickest within Lithuania, where most of our boutiques are located.

Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is in 2-3 working days, in case your order has been placed before 1pm (EET), and 3 working days if done after 1pm

NON EUROPE COUNTRIES

Shipments to non-European Union countries may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office. Yurga eshop is committed to taking care of all the required paperwork in order for the parcel to clear customs.

For logistical reasons shippings in Andorra, Bolivia, Canaries, Ceuta, Cuba, Greenland, Guinea Bissau, India, Libya, Macedonia, Mauritius, Mayotte, Melilla, North Korea, Reunion, Russia, Sao Tome & Principe, Somaliland, South Africa, Switzerland, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Venezuela are not available for the moment.

PRODUCT INSPECTION

Please note that you bear the risk for the products you have ordered when the delivery is completed. If the packaging appears to be damaged, please do not accept the shipment. Without prejudice to your statutory rights and remedies you have the responsibility of inspecting your products for any faults and, in the event, giving us notice of any complaints. In the case of defective products or inconformity with your order, you will have the choice of returning the defective product and we will refund you the purchase price and all shipping cost when our future YURGA Service has handled your return. For the time being all of the orders are handled at our Head Office. You also have the right to keep the defective product and ask for a reduction of the price.

YURGA e-shop RETURN POLICY

Articles are accepted for return credit or exchange if returned in unworn, saleable condition within 14 days from the purchase date as shown on the packing slip. Full refunds will be processed in the form of the original payment within 14 days of receipt of returned merchandise. It is very important four our client to contact us within that 14 – day period, otherwise the order becomes non – refundable. In the case of an individual piece of jewelry or a unique design, that piece is non – refundable.

No refunds or returns can be made at Yurga jewellery house Stores. Customized and modified pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCESS WORK?

The client shall inform us of the wishes to refund a specific item, then they must fill a specific refund request form, specifying the reason for the refund, and afterwards they must provide a bank account number.

We commit to refund the piece’s full price 14 days from the reacquisition of the returning item. Any shipping costs for the returned item shall be paid by the client themselves.
